Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 17 June 2026

Task Elites Pty Ltd (ABN 56 695 429 611) ("Task Elites", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information across our services.

In this policy:

-"Site" means our website at taskelites.com and its subdomains;

-"Toolbox" means the Task Elites Toolbox, our AI-augmented software platform; and

-"Services" means the Site, the Toolbox, and our related coaching, community, and membership offerings, together.

Please read this policy carefully.

About this policy: two kinds of personal information

This policy covers two distinct situations, and it is important to understand the difference:

-Information about you: personal information we collect about our members, prospects, and Site visitors. For this information, Task Elites decides how it is handled, and this policy governs it.

-Information about your leads and customers: where you are a member using the Toolbox to run landing pages, advertising, and SMS/email nurture, you collect personal information about your own leads and customers. We handle that information to provide the Toolbox to you. You decide how that information is used and you are responsible for your own privacy obligations to those individuals (see Section 1.4 and Section 3).

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Personal information you provide. We may collect personal information you give us directly when you visit the Site, book a call, register or purchase, sign up for updates, or contact us, including your name, email address, phone number, business/company name, identifiers you provide when you sign up (such as a business or account identifier), and billing and payment information.

1.2 Information collected automatically. When you use the Site we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, time-zone setting, operating system and platform, and details of pages viewed, links clicked, and time spent on the Site.

1.3 Membership and usage information. If you are a member of the Task Elites community or use the Toolbox, we may collect information about your participation in live and recorded sessions, your engagement in community discussions, your use of resources, and your use of the Toolbox (including content you create and your activity within it), to deliver and improve the Services and provide support.

1.4 Leads and customer information processed through the Toolbox. When you use the Toolbox, personal information about your leads and customers is collected and processed through the platform, including names, phone numbers, and email addresses captured by your landing pages, and the contacts you nurture by SMS and email. We handle this information to provide the Toolbox features to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis and any necessary consent to collect this information and to contact those individuals (including under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth)), for giving them your own privacy/collection notice, and for meeting your own obligations to them. We do not use your leads' or customers' identifiable personal information for our own marketing or unrelated commercial purposes.

1.5 Cookies. We use cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 10.

1.6 If you don't provide information. You don't have to give us the personal information we ask for, but if you don't, we may be unable to provide you with the Services, process your transactions, or respond to your enquiry.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to: provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services; process transactions and manage your account; enable you to generate and publish your landing pages and ad packs and run the Toolbox features you use; communicate with you, including updates, support, marketing, and promotional content; analyse usage and trends; assess eligibility for programs, promotions, referral bonuses, and guarantees; and protect our legal rights and enforce our terms.

We may also create de-identified and aggregated data from information in or passing through the Toolbox and use it for any purpose, including benchmarking, research, and product development (consistent with our Terms of Service). De-identified data is not personal information.

Marketing opt-out. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in our emails, reply STOP to a text message, or contact us. We may still send you non-marketing messages necessary for your account or the Services, such as billing, support, or service notices.

3. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing

The Toolbox is AI-augmented and uses third-party AI providers in two main ways:

-Recommendations. The Toolbox sends advertising performance data from your Meta account (such as ad and campaign metrics) to an AI provider to generate suggestions and recommendations. This is performance data used only to provide the Services to you (see Section 5); it is not the personal information of the people your ads reach.

-Content and nurture. The Toolbox uses AI to generate landing-page content, ad copy, and lead-nurture messages. To generate and personalise nurture messages, the AI provider processes the lead's contact details and message content. This lead information comes from your own landing-page forms (not from Meta) and is handled under this policy, not under the Meta terms in Section 5.

We use our AI providers under their commercial API terms; they retain data only briefly for security and abuse-monitoring purposes and do not use it to train their models. We do not use AI providers to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement.

4. How We Disclose Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We hold the lead and customer information collected through the Toolbox in our own systems, and share personal information only as follows:

-Your Prevarro CRM. Lead and customer information collected through the Toolbox syncs to your own Prevarro account, which you maintain as your CRM. Prevarro is operated by Business Unlimited under its own privacy policy, and you are its customer for your account; we are not responsible for how information in your account is handled there. Task Elites may access the information in your Prevarro account on a read-only basis, through our own Prevarro account, to support you and deliver the Services.

-Functional service providers, who receive only the personal information needed to perform a specific function and use it only for that purpose, under their own terms, such as our telephony and messaging, payment processing, hosting and content-delivery, domain registration, community, and accounting providers.

-AI providers, as described in Section 3. (Our handling of data obtained through Meta is also subject to Section 5.)

-Acquirers, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

-Authorities, where required or authorised by law.

5. Meta Platform Data

Where we access data through Meta's tools and APIs to provide the Services (for example, your advertising account, pages, or campaign data) ("Meta Platform Data"), we use that data only to provide and improve the Services. We do not sell it, and we do not transfer it except to service providers acting on our behalf, to comply with law, or at your direction. We handle it in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Data Use Policy, and not in any way that is less protective than those policies. We delete Meta Platform Data without undue delay when it is no longer needed to provide the Services, when you disconnect or cease using the Services, when deletion is requested, or when required by Meta or by law.

6. Overseas Disclosure

Some of the providers above are located, or store data, outside Australia (including in the United States). Where we disclose personal information to overseas recipients, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with this policy and the APPs. By using the Services you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and stored in countries whose data-protection laws may differ from Australia's.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or for as long as a law requires us to keep it (such as tax and business-record obligations). When we no longer need it and are not required by law to keep it, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.

For information held in the Toolbox: when your membership is suspended or ends, we may unpublish your published assets through the Toolbox and, after a reasonable retention period, delete the content, leads, and data you hold in the Toolbox, in accordance with our Terms of Service. You should export and retain your own copies of your content, leads, and data before your membership ends.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure, including access controls, secured infrastructure, and use of reputable third-party providers. No system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or stored by us or our providers.

9. Data Breach Notification

If we become aware of a data breach involving personal information that is likely to result in serious harm, we will assess it and, where required, notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act.

10. Cookie Policy

10.1 What cookies are. Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit our Site. They help the Site function, remember your preferences, and let us understand how the Site is used.

10.2 Types we use. Essential cookies (needed for the Site to function), analytics cookies (to understand how visitors use the Site), marketing cookies (to show relevant ads, including across other websites), and functional cookies (to remember your preferences).

10.3 How we use them. To improve Site functionality, analyse traffic and behaviour, provide personalised content and advertising, and remember your settings.

10.4 Third-party cookies. We may allow third-party providers, including analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics) and advertising partners (e.g., Meta), to place cookies through our Site for the purposes above.

10.5 Managing cookies. Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but you can change your browser settings to decline them. If you decline, some Site features may not work fully. Refer to your browser's help section for instructions.

10.6 Consent. By using our Site, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with this policy. If you do not consent, adjust your browser settings or refrain from using the Site.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may:

-Access the personal information we hold about you; and

-Request correction of personal information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading.

To make a request, contact us using Section 13. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity. There is generally no charge to access your information, though we may charge for reasonable costs in some cases.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also have rights to erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, and we will honour those rights where they apply to you. Where data-protection law in those regions applies to our processing, our legal bases are typically one or more of: your consent; performance of a contract with you; compliance with a legal obligation; and our legitimate interests, where these are not overridden by your rights.

12. Complaints

If you believe we have breached the APPs or mishandled your personal information, please contact us first (Section 13) so we can try to resolve it. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

13. Contact Us

For any questions about this policy, the information we hold about you, or to exercise your rights or make a complaint:

Email: privacy[at]taskelites.com

14. Children

The Services are intended for business use by people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will post the updated policy on our website, and material changes will take effect when posted. Please check this page periodically.
